You can use past papers for practising essays. I remember I used to use past papers a lot. However the validity of the papers depends on your syllabus. If you are giving the 2022 Papers then for Prose the entire syllabus has changed and no papers exist.
Alternatively, you may find questions on the Internet. The IGCSE questions tend to be very generic, whereas you may get very specific questions online.
Sometimes the texts you are studying in school could have been tested previously in the IGCSE board examinations (for example in 2010-2012 series). One of my friends searched all the past papers by opening each one of them to find all the relevant questions for his texts. I would recommend you to do this around/more than 6 months before your board examinations in order to have the time later on to practice all of them. You can also look as Edexcel or AQA English literature questions since the style of writing answers is quite similar, even though the questions may not be.
As for studying for English literature, you should always try analysing the poems/short stories/novel/drama yourself because that will help you to develop a good understanding of the subject and later, you can check websites such as litcharts or coursehero which provide good analysis of the texts' sections. If you take The Crucible, Macbeth or 1984, you can check out notes for them in our resources since those are the texts I had studied for my board examinations. Furthermore, do check out the following link and try to incorporate as many different verbs in your writing as possible to show a varied range of relevant vocabulary in your writing:
