You should ask your school's French teacher for the 2020 June papers for Edexcel IGCSE French because Pearson only releases them after 9 months for the students to see online whereas the teachers have access to them through their account right after the exam series finishes. You can also practice other exam series paper from 2019 and before since all of them are available on the official Edexcel IGCSE website.
However, if you still require more papers to practice, it is always a good idea to look at Cambridge IGCSE French (0520) papers since the subject content covered is very similar and therefore will only increase your knowledge of the language. Furthermore, albeit the pattern slightly differs, both boards contain the listening, writing and reading papers therefore it would definitely be a good idea to attempt the Cambridge IGCSE French (0520) papers for better understanding of the language.
